Yes. You can book your course and change the date up to 15 days before the start of the course
This depends on your study objective, if you want to improve your general Spanish and learn more about Spanish culture, or if your aim is to obtain an official diploma (DELE or SIELE). Also your starting level and length of stay can determine the best course choice
In the event that your flight is delayed, you need to contact the driver through the telephone that will be provided to you previously. In addition, if your host family is waiting for you, it would also be advisable to let them know.
In case you have a serious problem in relation to the accommodation, you must notify the administration as soon as possible to solve it or, if necessary, proceed to change the accommodation. You must inform yourself of the conditions to change. For any problem or query about the accommodation, you have the office staff at your disposal.
